Um sicherzustellen, dass eine Schwangerschaft reibungslos verl\u00e4uft, muss der F\u00f6tus mithilfe eines Monitors \u00fcberwacht werden. Aus diesem Grund m\u00fcssen die Entbindungsstationen, aber auch die Praxen f\u00fcr Gyn\u00e4kologie und Geburtshilfe mit einem Fetalmonitor ausgestattet sein. Auch Kardiotokograph genannt. Er f\u00fchrt die \u00dcberwachung der Entwicklung des F\u00f6tus und der Muskelkontraktionen der Geb\u00e4rmutter durch. Mit dem Kardiotokographen werden auch die Herzbewegungen des ungeborenen Babys mithilfe von Sonden aufgezeichnet, die auf dem Bauch der Mutter angebracht werden.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Die traditionellen Fetalmonitore<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Herk\u00f6mmliche Fetalmonitore, wie z. B. der Edan F2<\/a>, verf\u00fcgen \u00fcber einen Bildschirm, damit Sie die Kurven in Echtzeit sehen k\u00f6nnen. Ebenso den Puls des F\u00f6tus und seine Bewegungen. Er verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber einen Thermodrucker, der nach und nach druckt. Darstellungen der fetalen Herzfrequenz und der Geb\u00e4rmutterkontraktionen. Aber auch die Bewegungen des F\u00f6tus sowie Marker f\u00fcr die von der Mutter empfundenen Bewegungen (aktiviert durch eine Taste).
Das Ger\u00e4t kann die Daten auch an eine auf einem Computer installierte Software weitergeben. Damit k\u00f6nnen Sie Daten speichern und Berichte im PDF-Format ausdrucken.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Fetale und m\u00fctterliche Monitore<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Einige Fetalmonitore, wie der F6 Express<\/a>, sind auch f\u00fcr die \u00dcberwachung von schwangeren Frauen ausgestattet. Das Ger\u00e4t bleibt das gleiche wie das herk\u00f6mmliche Modell. Nur, dass der Kardiotokograph neben den HFR- und Toco-Sonden zur \u00dcberwachung des F\u00f6tus auch mit einem Spo2-Sensor, einem Temperatursensor und einem integrierten Blutdruckmessger\u00e4t ausgestattet ist. M\u00f6glicherweise von einem EKG.

Schlie\u00dflich geh\u00f6ren die vernetzten Fetalmonitore zur neuen Generation von Kardiotokographen. Dazu geh\u00f6rt auch der mobile Edan FT6. Diese RCF- und Toco-Sonden sind \u00fcber eine WIFI-Verbindung mit einem Tablet verbunden. Seine App, die auf Android und IOS l\u00e4uft, erm\u00f6glicht es, die gesammelten Daten in Echtzeit zu visualisieren und zu speichern. Die von der Mutter empfundenen Bewegungen werden mithilfe einer zur Verf\u00fcgung stehenden Taste markiert. Au\u00dferdem k\u00f6nnen den Plots Kommentare hinzugef\u00fcgt werden.
