Je nach Konfiguration verf\u00fcgt das Ger\u00e4t \u00fcber einen Standard-Farbbildschirm oder einen 8-Zoll-Touchscreen, auf dem die Daten in Echtzeit klar ablesbar sind. <\/p><p>Standardm\u00e4\u00dfig misst dieser Monitor die Sauerstoffs\u00e4ttigung (SpO2), den nicht-invasiven Blutdruck (NIBP) mittels oszillometrischer Methode und die Pulsfrequenz (PR). Zun\u00e4chst bietet der \u00dcberwachungsmodus eine kontinuierliche \u00dcberwachung mit Echtzeitanzeige, einstellbaren Alarmen und einer 120-Stunden-Trendhistorie. Zweitens erm\u00f6glicht der Spotmodus schnelle Kontrollen ohne Alarm und speichert bis zu 16 Millionen Messwerte. Schlie\u00dflich erleichtert der Modus Servicetour (Round) die t\u00e4glichen Besuche, da eine Liste der Bewohner \u00fcber USB oder vom EMR-System geladen werden kann.   <\/p><p>Dar\u00fcber hinaus kombiniert das Alarmsystem visuelle und akustische Signale mit drei einstellbaren Priorit\u00e4tsstufen. Eine 360\u00b0-Leuchtanzeige sorgt daf\u00fcr, dass die Alarme aus jedem Winkel sichtbar sind. Die Nurse Call-Funktion leitet die Alarme direkt an den Pflegedienst weiter.  <\/p><p>In Bezug auf die Konnektivit\u00e4t verf\u00fcgt der Monitor \u00fcber :<\/p><ul><li>Integriertes Wi-Fi (IEEE 802.11 a\/b\/g\/n, 2,4 und 5 GHz Band)<\/li><li>USB-Anschluss zum Speichern und \u00dcbertragen von Daten<\/li><li>LAN-Anschluss (RJ-45) f\u00fcr kabelgebundene Netzwerkverbindung<\/li><li>Kompatibilit\u00e4t mit dem zentralen System MFM-CMS<\/li><li>Integrierter MEWS\/EWS\/NEWS-Score f\u00fcr die schnelle Bewertung<\/li><\/ul><p><br>Die Benutzeroberfl\u00e4che ist bei allen Versionen mit physischen Tasten und einem Navigationsrad kombiniert. In der Schweiz regelt die Medizinprodukteverordnung (MepV, SR 812.213) das Inverkehrbringen und die \u00dcberwachung dieser Art von Ger\u00e4ten. Swissmedic beaufsichtigt dieses Regelwerk.  <\/p><p>In \u00dcbereinstimmung mit diesen Vorschriften tr\u00e4gt das Ger\u00e4t das CE-Zeichen, das seine Konformit\u00e4t mit den Sicherheits- und Leistungsanforderungen best\u00e4tigt. Dar\u00fcber hinaus entspricht es den Normen IEC\/EN 60601-1 f\u00fcr die Sicherheit von medizinischen Ger\u00e4ten.
