Es misst das CO\u2082 am Ende der Ausatmung mit dem iCARB\u2122-Algorithmus nach dem Sidestream-Prinzip. <\/p><p>Wichtigste technische Merkmale :<\/p><ul><li>Gemessene Parameter: EtCO2 (0-150 mmHg \/ 0-20 %), FiCO2 (0-50 mmHg), Atemfrequenz AwRR (2-150 rpm)<\/li><li>Genauigkeit EtCO2: \u00b12 mmHg von 0 bis 40 mmHg; \u00b15% des Messwerts von 41 bis 70 mmHg<\/li><li>Probenrate: 70 oder 100 ml\/min (Standard: 100 ml\/min)<\/li><li>Anstiegszeit: &lt; 400 ms (2 m R\u00f6hrchen, 100 ml\/min)<\/li><li>Reaktionszeit: &lt; 4 s (2 m Rohr)<\/li><li>Anlaufzeit: Anzeige in weniger als 20 Sekunden; nominale Genauigkeit in 2 Minuten erreicht<\/li><li>Datenabtastfrequenz: 100 Hz<\/li><li>Konformit\u00e4t: ISO 80601-2-55:2011<\/li><\/ul><p><br>Dar\u00fcber hinaus verwaltet das Modul den automatischen Luftdruckausgleich sowie die O\u2082-, N\u2082O- und An\u00e4sthesiegaskompensation. Die Wasserfalle entzieht der Probe vor der Analyse die Feuchtigkeit. Der iCARB\u2122-Algorithmus verarbeitet dann das Signal und zeigt das Kapnogramm in Echtzeit auf dem Bildschirm des Monitors an.  <\/p><p>Das Modul bietet unter anderem die folgenden Funktionen:<\/p><ul><li>Anzeige des Kapnogramms in Echtzeit<\/li><li>Konfigurierbare Alarme f\u00fcr EtCO2, FiCO2 und AwRR<\/li><li>Einstellbare Alarmverz\u00f6gerung &#8222;fehlende Atemfrequenz&#8220; (10 bis 40 Sekunden)<\/li><li>Kompensationsmodi: Luftfeuchtigkeit (ATPD\/BTPS), barometrischer Druck (automatisch), O\u2082, N\u2082O, AG<\/li><li>Standby-Modus als Standard &#8211; Aktivierung im Modus &#8222;Messung auf Anfrage&#8220;.<\/li><li>Kompatibel mit Zubeh\u00f6r f\u00fcr Erwachsene, P\u00e4diatrie und Neonatologie<\/li><\/ul><p><br>Dar\u00fcber hinaus wird der Nullpunkt des Sensors manuell kalibriert. In der Schweiz \u00fcberwacht Swissmedic das Inverkehrbringen von Medizinprodukten und kontrolliert deren Konformit\u00e4t. Die Medizinprodukteverordnung (MepV\/MedDV) legt die Regeln f\u00fcr diese Art von Ger\u00e4ten fest.  <br><br>Das Modul erf\u00fcllt somit die Norm ISO 80601-2-55:2011 f\u00fcr Kapnographieger\u00e4te.
