valido se sono soddisfatte tutte le seguenti condizioni:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Il prodotto \u00e8 nella sua confezione originale e non \u00e8 danneggiato<\/li>\n<li>Restituzione di tutti gli accessori inclusi<\/li>\n<li>La richiesta di restituzione del prodotto non supera i 14 giorni dalla data di consegna.<\/li>\n<li>Il fornitore autorizza la restituzione del prodotto<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La restituzione della merce con bolla di consegna avviene esclusivamente all&#8217;indirizzo indicato da Swixed o dal distributore terzo autorizzato, a spese e rischio del cliente. Si consiglia di spedire sempre la merce con raccomandata. Il ritiro a pagamento pu\u00f2 essere organizzato su richiesta.<\/p>\n<p>Swixed si fa carico delle spese di restituzione della merce nei seguenti casi:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ricezione di un prodotto diverso o non ordinato (consegna errata)<\/li>\n<li>Ricezione di un articolo difettoso<\/li>\n<li>Specifiche del prodotto non corrette nel negozio online (descrizione del prodotto non
